How many Welsh businesses have overlooked the social networking.  Many fail to see the point of social networking,  its so often claimed that “it can’t be monetised”, or “its just a fad” “traditional marketing is more tangible”.  Social Networking played a large part in Barrack Obama’s successful Presidential campaign.  Though on as little as an hour a day,  business owners gain significant brand exposure,  serve the target market and most importantly enhance customer experience.
