There is a pandemic problem in businesses,  there is still little or no understanding of Return On Investement (ROI)

ROI means exactly what it is says,  basically if you spend £1 on something that something should at the very least make £1.01 back. Money spent on a paperclip should make a return by way of organising profiatable files. Team building increases productivity and thus profit.

ROI for some businesses means

• Really Over Indulge
• Reverse Our Income
• Realm of Insanity

Its a simple equation.
