Hopkins the Bonk Legged

Well Josie went up the Domen like she was taking a stroll in the park, the wind was amazingly fast, at one point I tied Josie to my arm and used her as a kite. (I have tried to upload the video but I cant convert the video from my phone).

It took us about an hour all in all. Hopefully this may plant the seed to get her loving the outdoors which may lead to her becoming the first woman to wrestle a bear to death (a dream I’ve had since I first looked into them blue eyes).

I went out on my mountain bike after the walking up the mountain bike up Bryn Bach Park and then on the kettlebell. I was like a better looking version of Bear Grylls today (obviously considerably more clumsy).
